The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)
ILM Courses and Qualifications
ILD are an accredited centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management and deliver qualifications from level two up to level five including the ILM apprenticeships. These programmes are aimed at different levels within an organisations management structure from Team Leader up to senior management.
Examples of appropriate job roles for these qualifications have included Team Leads (Level 2) and Section Managers (Level 3) at Caterpillar sites, Supervisors (Level 3) at Barbour and Senior managers (Level 5) at Sanofi. These qualifications can be delivered on site at the candidates own place of work (dependant on number of candidates)
Qualifications within these programmes include:
- Level 2 and 3 NVQ’s in Team Leading and Management
In the ILM apprenticeship:
- Level 2 and 3 dual awards (NVQ/VRQ) in Team Leading/ Management
- Functional skills at level 1 and 2 in: Maths, English and ICT
- Level 5 management Award, Certificate or Diploma (functional skills not required)
Many of these qualifications can be fully or part funded.
