Sector-based work academies are one of those measures available in England* to help those who are ready for work and receiving benefits to secure employment. They are designed to help meet your immediate and future recruitment needs as well as to recruit a workforce with the right skills to sustain and grow your business.

ILD Bespoke Pre-employment Courses and Programmes

ILD can provide a “menu” subjects, tools and techniques that can be included in your bespoke pre-employment course to ensure that your prospective employees have the right skills for your organisation.

Funding and Time Scales

Funding for these courses is sourced from the SFA via our partners New College Durham and is subject to availability. Programme length can vary from two days to two weeks depending on the content determined by the employer.
